Produced from whole muscle pork shoulder the semi cooked bacon is Flaked into 20mm x 20mm x 2mm pieces. It is Manuka smoked and is MSG, Gluten and Dairy free. Can be added directly into pies and quiches to give the delicate flavour of smoked bacon to enhance the flavour of the finished product. Can be fried on a grill to give a flavour boost to toasted sandwiches and burgers. It is easy to use and comes in either vacuum packed or modified atmosphere packed units. Can be packed to order for varying sized packs.
