Manuka smoke flavours our champagne ham giving it a delectable, delicate taste. Just like a traditional ham, this semi-boneless full leg ham has the hock still attached.
Champagne Hams are semi-boneless, making it easier to carve.

Store below 4°C. Once ham is removed from bag, wrap in a clean damp cloth and keep refrigerated.
